As a Junior Control Officer in the Reconciliations team, you’ll be at the forefront of operational excellence. You’ll:

As an Operations Control Officer, you serve as a vital gatekeeper in safeguarding Rabobank’s global financial operations—responsible for identifying and resolving exceptions across a complex web of reconciliations that span brokers, custodies, agents, and of the entire Rabobank Group on a global scale (between different internal and external systems). You’ll dive deep into the root causes of discrepancies, book and correct payment mismatches, and implement technical solutions that enhance the performance of our reconciliation tools. With a sharp focus on risk mitigation, process simplification, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in protecting the financial flows while collaborating with a wide range of international stakeholders. This is a gatekeeper role within a well-established team at the core of Wholesale & Rural Operations.
At Group Banking Services – Reconciliations, you’ll join a high-performing team of 20 professionals who play a critical role in safeguarding the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of Rabobank’s global financial operations. Every day, we reconcile complex, high-value transactions with agent banks, counterparties, and custodians across the world. We also ensure internal trades—executed through a variety of systems—are booked correctly and timely.
