Creators shape culture, and you’ll be the driving force behind how Picnic connects with them. As our Partnership Manager, you’ll build our creator program from the ground up, shaping a key growth channel for Meals at Picnic. Operating as the key expert in your market (Netherlands, Germany, or France), you’ll develop and execute innovative creator campaigns that drive brand trust, engagement, and sales.

Launch & scale our creator program: Develop structured creator collaborations from scratch, building necessary processes, tools, and business cases to set the foundation.
Source & onboard top creators: Find, connect, and partner with creators who align with Picnic’s brand.
Collaborate & support: Work closely with internal teams, providing guidance and support for successful program execution.
Build lasting relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships through thoughtful gifting, exclusive events, and strategic engagement.
Create commercial models & negotiate terms: Develop partnership structures with creators that align with business objectives and drive mutual value.
Stay ahead of trends: Keep Picnic at the forefront of creator marketing by experimenting with new formats, platforms, and trends.
MSc. degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience
Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong project management skills, handling multiple campaigns and budgets
Data-driven approach, optimizing performance based on clear KPIs
Skilled negotiator and relationship builder, securing long-term creator partnerships
Excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to have: Track record in building and scaling initiatives from scratch
