About the role:

As ERP Functional Consultant (m/f/d), you'll step into a dynamic internal team of ERP experts and help drive our ongoing transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the migration of our highly customized WMS environment and to shape the logistics backbone of one of Europe’s leading e-pharmacies.

About the tech stack:

You will work primarily with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience with Jira and Confluence will also be useful in our agile-driven setup. The ERP team includes internal developers, consultants, PMs, QA, and support, fostering a strong collaborative environment.

About your tasks:

  • Be a key player in the support and evolution of our Warehouse Management System (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/D365), particularly focused on outbound logistics.
  • Take ownership of testing developments and customisations to ensure robustness and efficiency.
  • Provide consulting for our existing logistics processes, ensuring they align with evolving business needs.
  • Lead the integration of logistics service providers in collaboration with external software vendors.
  • Be actively involved in the D365 migration projects, particularly for sales, purchasing, and potentially WMS modules

About you:

  • You bring at least 3–5 years of experience in ERP consulting or functional support, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/D365.
  • You have a solid background in logistics processes and understand the operational challenges and opportunities within warehouse environments.
  • You are organized, excel in stakeholder management, and communicate clearly across teams.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence and previous exposure as a consultant are a strong plus.

About your benefits:

In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:

  • Welcome days: To ensure a comfortable welcome, you will be provided with all important details on your first day, e.g. on safety and important processes.
  • Sport: We have an in-house fitness room that you can use during your break or before/after working hours. In addition, during your breaks you can make use of the comfortable relaxing area or the table tennis and football tennis.
  • Mental Health: Get quick and professional help from psychologists of nilo, if you feel overwhelmed in private or professional life. Anonymous and free of charge.
  • Work from Home: If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.
  • Mobility: Not all employees live close to our office. That’s why we support our employees with your daily commute with a travel allowance. This compensation is paid to you in addition to your salary.
