As Tribe Digital Platform, we are working on significant deliverables for the Rabobank of the future. Digital Platform is a crucial enabler to grow a better world together – relevant to all user journeys on Rabobank platforms. But at the same time, we must deal with complex requirements from users, internal teams, and external developments. We do this with more than 50 different squads divided over 5 different Area’s. For two of our squads, we are looking for a solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate comprehensive end-to-end designs and solutions with squads, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Coach engineering teams in implementing architectural solutions, addressing challenges throughout the DevOps cycle.
• Serve as the technical advocate for Search, Products, Help & Settings on web and in the app, guiding adoption across Rabobank and other parts of the organization.
• Set the strategic direction for Search, Products, Help & Settings, aligning with business goals and industry trends.
• Work closely with product owners, squads, and other architects to drive innovation and improve our digital platform's efficiency and quality.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant IT DevOps experience, including at least 3 years in Solution Architecture within a complex environment.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining distributed and complex systems.
• Experience with either Backend or Frontend Engineering and interest in the other.
• Experience with the following tech stack: Java Spring Boot, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Angular, Typescript, RESTful APIS, GIT.
• Nice to have: experience with AI and large language models
• Experience with Elastic is a huge plus
• Demonstrated ability to apply architecture methods and techniques effectively.
• Experience in fostering collaboration and building strong technical communities.
• Ability to oversee a broad domain, considering the impact of design decisions while staying hands-on in complex problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills to translate technical insights into business value.
• Alignment with Rabobank's values and enthusiasm for contributing to our global mission.
