Be the trusted right hand to SkyNRG’s leadership - owning priorities, shaping structure, and driving impact where it matters most.

About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 32 hours per week.

As Executive Assistant at SkyNRG, you will play a key role in enabling the CEO, Chief of Staff and the Executive Committee to focus on strategic priorities by managing their day-to-day operational flow. This includes handling complex calendars, coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, organizing travel, and ensuring smooth logistical execution for key events.

Your work directly supports the effective functioning of the CEO Office, playing a vital role in driving the company forward during an exciting phase of growth. With Europe’s first dedicated SAF plant under development in Delfzijl, multiple additional production facilities in progress across the EU and US, and global commercial sourcing and supply of SAF, your contribution helps ensure that leadership time is focused where it has the greatest impact—both locally and worldwide.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where attention to detail, proactive planning, and clear communication are essential. You’ll work primarily with the Chief of Staff, who will be your main sparring partner for aligning on priorities and planning. At the same time, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across SkyNRG and external partners, becoming a trusted point of contact and a key enabler of clarity and focus at the highest level of the organization.

Your Responsibilities

What does a typical week look like?

No two weeks are the same in this fast-paced, high-impact role. You’ll start by aligning priorities with the Chief of Staff, making sure the CEO’s time is structured for maximum focus and impact. You’ll manage and optimize complex calendars, handle shifting schedules with ease, and ensure all logistics—from room bookings to travel itineraries—run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be the go-to person for preparing high-level meetings, such as Board sessions or investor updates—coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and ensuring every detail is covered. Whether it’s confirming attendance, sharing materials, arranging catering, or drafting a follow-up note, you’ll make sure everything is in place.

In between, you’ll solve scheduling puzzles across time zones, support travel planning for global engagements, and keep a pulse on what’s coming next—always staying one step ahead. As the week wraps up, you’ll set the stage for the days ahead by flagging potential issues, securing focus time, and ensuring the CEO Office is ready for what’s next.

You’ll leave each week knowing you’ve made a real difference—clearing the path so leadership can focus on the moments that matter most.
