Are you a master of storytelling with a knack for turning complex ideas into engaging narratives? Do you have a strategic mind, a passion for B2B content, and experience in tech or SaaS? Spacewell is looking for a Strategic Content Marketing Specialist to help drive our growth through compelling, high-converting content.

As part of our dynamic Growth Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we engage facility leaders, workplace strategists, and ESG champions across the globe.

🎯 Your Role

You’ll lead the creation of long-form, high-impact content across the full buyer journey, from awareness to conversion. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and PR to craft stories that resonate, educate, and convert.

What will you do?

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and manage content assets including blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, customer stories, and toolkits.
  • Translate complex technical or value-driven messages into clear, audience-friendly formats.
  • Write and ghostwrite expert-level content for executives and industry thought leaders.

PR & Thought Leadership

  • Create executive-level content for LinkedIn, op-eds, award submissions, and analyst briefings.
  • Support data storytelling, survey content, and industry benchmarking initiatives.

Collaboration & Campaign Planning

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with product launches, ABM, SEO, and lifecycle programs.
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars.

Optimization & Analytics

  • Use SEO research and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to boost content performance.
  • Maintain a knowledge library of reusable content blocks for efficient campaign execution.

What You Bring

  • 4-6 years of B2B content creation or product marketing experience in SaaS.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality, conversion-focused content.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
  • Ability to interview subject-matter experts and write for multiple buyer personas.

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in Smart Building Tech, PropTech, EnergyTech, or IWMS.
  • Familiar with frameworks like StoryBrand or Problem-Agitate-Solution.
  • Able to create toolkits, ROI guides, or gated content assets.
