We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to help amplify our voice, engage decision-makers, and drive growth across Europe.

🎯 Your Role

As our Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of our digital presence, crafting compelling content and campaigns that make an impact. You’ll:

• Lead our social strategy on LinkedIn and YouTube, targeting workplace, facility, and energy professionals.
• Own our YouTube channel: upload, optimize, organize playlists, write SEO-friendly descriptions, and track performance.
• Create high-impact content: think infographics, short-form videos, and visuals that simplify the complex.
• Drive results: track KPIs, analyse engagement, and provide actionable insights.
• Support sales enablement with strategic, on-brand content for SDRs and AEs.
• Monitor trends in B2B social, PropTech, and energy-tech to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing B2B social media (LinkedIn + YouTube a must)
• Proven content creation skills: writing, visuals, and basic video editing
• Strong grasp of analytics tools and social performance metrics
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, YouTube Studio, and HubSpot (or similar)

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or Smart Building tech
• Skills in motion graphics or video direction
• Multilingual (Dutch, German, Spanish, or French)
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns and content calendar planning
