The Role

THE ROLE

Responsible for all allocations and weekly replenishment to the stores. Obtain a general understanding of all planning and distribution functions in order to ensure appropriate stock levels by store. Reports into the Allocation Team Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the team in the key merchandise functions, allocating and managing stock levels throughout the Outlet Stores network.
  • Running weekly analysis to maximize sales opportunities and improve accuracy of replenishments.
  • Analyze category sales on size level, by store and make necessary recommendations to merchandisers.
  • Active participation in weekly Trade meetings, delivering the allocation team’s updates and key findings.
  • Set up initial seasonal allocations in the Just Enough system, including WOC, ROS, min/max levels, location strategies, and carryover item management.
  • In season management of items, adjusting system settings, phasing out of options.
  • Manage bi-weekly replenishments based on real-time stock levels, ensuring optimal stock distribution across stores.
  • Handle leftover stock strategically by distributing assortments to appropriate locations.
  • Coordinate Late Night Shopping events, including pricing setup and order management.
  • Execute store-to-store transfers, clearance orders, and staff uniform allocations.
  • Manage promotions and end-of-season markdown configurations within the Cegid system.

THE PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in business or fashion
  • 2-4 years retail experience in merchandising or allocation
  • Flexible to adapt to changing trends of the business and/or adhoc projects
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with our store and head office teams
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience with any allocation system is a plus
