Marketing Manager, BENELUX - FTC (12 months)

As a Marketing Manager, you are passionate about absorbing business context and using that to make intelligent decisions that benefit the long-term value of the brand. In this position, you will be crafting and executing campaigns for our titles. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking the lead on marketing campaigns, yet act selfless and be inclusive.

You create campaigns that drive conversations and resonate authentically with local audiences in the Benelux region and set new standards for entertainment marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaigns across the Netherlands and Belgium to boost brand awareness, business growth, and fandom in the Benelux region (Benelux experience is essential).
  • Develop impactful strategies and creative marketing campaigns using strong, locally relevant insights to engage our key audience.
  • Manage workflows, marketing shoots, and campaign budgets, making strategic financial decisions that align with Netflix's best interests.
  • Extend global campaigns locally with creative media planning, stunts and digital innovations to enhance excitement for a title.
  • Partner with local agencies and collaborate with Netflix teams to create integrated campaigns that drive impact.
  • Oversee the creative direction and production process across all channels, coordinating with partner agencies and internal stakeholders on the full creative suite.
  • Engage closely with Content, Product, Comms, Regional Marketing, and other teams to ensure cross-functional cooperation, connecting campaigns with audiences both locally and globally.
  • Collaborate with our world-class product creative team to integrate original marketing ideas into the member experience.
  • Work alongside A-list talent, both on-screen and off, to execute title launch campaigns, including briefings, shoots, promotional plans, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in 360 entertainment marketing in the Benelux.
  • Concise and clear communicator with written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Senior experience developing marketing campaigns from scratch including strategic positioning, key art, and video execution, audience identification, media strategy, and launch roadmaps.
  • Proven record of creative excellence.
  • A curious creative and strategic mind, with an experience in disruptive campaigns that generate buzz across different audiences in the Benelux.
  • Ability to lead, create and execute campaigns autonomously.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.
  • Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues.
  • You are a cultural ambassador, both advocating the local cultures existing within the Benelux as well as being a true Netflix culture example.
