Process Optimization Specialist at Kramp

To support and drive Kramp’s ongoing transformation—and to become a preferred employer across our markets—we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Process Optimization Specialist, Service Delivery.

The mission of this role is to support Kramp’s long-term business goals with the HR Service Delivery model and translate this into new HR global processes. You will serve as a link between our local HR teams across five European clusters and our global HR Business team. 

The role

Kramp Group’s HR organization is built around strategic HR Business Partnering and strong global Centers of Expertise, one of which is HR Service Delivery. Service delivery details the way HR services are delivered to the Kramp organization in terms of end-to-end processes. In this role, you will implement, review, and update (new) HR processes, support all the stakeholders with clear guidelines and instructions, and train them on the new ways of working. It’s our ambition to increase the user experience, efficiency, and scalability of our processes and systems.

Your specific tasks include:

  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve HR processes, practices, and procedures using prescribed methodologies
  • Deliver and support projects within the established HR Service Delivery program using business performance metrics, input of local and global users, and tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Analyze business processes and develop software tools that automate routine tasks, increase efficiency, and boost employee experience.
  • Maintain and develop policies and processes, create best practices, set up case studies, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions to capture and share.
  • Provide advice and assistance to users to resolve queries and ensure that applications, HR processes, and ways of working are well understood by the business.

Who are you?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional who embodies the following qualities: 

  • HR Expertise: a HR Professional with knowledge of multiple HR systems, proven track record in creating and maintaining high service delivery standards. 
  • Result-oriented: a smart, process-driven specialist who is able to dive into details to deliver tangible outcomes. 
  • Connector: an excellent communicator who connects with stakeholders on multiple levels in the organization, able to establish trusting relationships.
  • Hands-on, able to deliver in time, keeping agreements. Someone who strives for high quality with pragmatic implementation power. 
  • Bachelor level preferably in the directions: HRM, Technology Business.
