Job description

As the Income Tracking Assistant you will support the Publishing Administration teams ensuring that the earnings we are entitled are received smoothly and registered accurately. You will work on administration tasks as well as stay in touch with different internal and external stakeholders and help them with any questions they have.

What will you be doing?

• Tracking usage of our works (radio, TV, live performances, streams, etc.);
• Preparing, submitting, and checking set lists/cue sheets;
• Checking statements from i.a. Buma Stemra, Sabam and sub-publishers;
• Checking and claiming finds from suspense lists from local societies and abroad;
• Researching and answering income tracking related questions from composers, authors and partners, but also from colleagues who manage these deals;
• Managing and handling of data for income analysis purposes.

Who are we looking for?

• You acquired a relevant degree, at least ‘HBO’ (Dutch standard) or bachelor’s degree;
• You have at least one or two years of experience in an administrative role;
• You have experience working with data and are accurate;
• You understand the inner workings of the music industry and have an affinity for electronic music;
• You promote a positive attitude both internally and externally and you have strong communication skills;
• You are flexible, punctual and organized;
• You are fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
