Stage bij Yielder: Communicatie
Ben jij een enthousiaste en creatieve communicatie-student en wil je een belangrijke rol spelen in het versterken van onze interne cultuur en het zichtbaar maken van ons werkgeversmerk? Dan is de stage bij Yielder precies wat je zoekt!
Wat ga je doen?
Als Communicatie Stagiair(e) werk je nauw samen met onze Community Manager. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het bevorderen van een positieve werkomgeving en het versterken van de bedrijfscultuur door middel van communicatiemiddelen, evenementen en content. Daarnaast help je bij het versterken van ons werkgeversmerk, zowel intern als extern.
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het creëren, beheren en coördineren van interne communicatie.
- Het beheren van de Yielder app en zorgen voor relevante en actuele content.
- Het organiseren van interne evenementen, kwartaal updates, feesten en teambuilding-activiteiten om de betrokkenheid van medewerkers te vergroten.
- Het ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van de employer branding strategie samen met HR.
- Het versterken van onze employer branding op onze externe kanalen, zoals onze werken bij website en LinkedIn.
