Communication Internship: Improvement of Process Framework

Introduction

Customers make extraordinary investments in ASML machines and systems. Customer Support (CS) works towards ensuring the systems in customers’ fabs are running at the highest levels of predictability and availability. The Issue Resolution Management (IRM) is a handbook that has scattered processes at the moment. As an intern, transform these scattered processes into a unified process framework.
