AI Strategist

As an AI Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for AI integration and drive initiatives that enhance business performance. You will also be responsible for defining the roadmap and associated plans for the adoption of AI into the Delaware business, ensuring a strategic approach to AI integration. You will also be responsible for executing the overall AI strategy and defining the roadmap for the Delaware AI Framework.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute AI strategies to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for AI integration across various departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose AI solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on AI trends and technologies.
• Lead AI projects from conception to implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives.
• Define the roadmap and associated plans for the adoption of AI into the Delaware business.
• Define the roadmap for the Delaware AI Framework.

Is there a match?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Proven experience in AI strategy development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Expertise in strategic planning and business acumen.
