What You’ll Do
Lead Our Digital Growth & Performance
- Set the vision and execute a multi-channel digital strategy that drives traffic, engagement, and revenue.
- Own and drive the digital marketing mix across paid search, paid social, SEO, display, and website performance.
- Define key success metrics (revenue, direct bookings, conversion rates) and continuously track, test, and optimize to drive ROI.
- Work closely with CRM, UX, and IT teams to create seamless, high-performing digital journeys.
- Ensure website optimization is at the heart of our growth strategy—because the best online experience means more happy guests.
Lead Website Strategy: Performance, Conversion & Experience
- Own and drive the website strategy, ensuring it’s fast, intuitive, and conversion focused.
- Work with UX and IT to refine customer journeys, remove friction, and boost engagement.
- Oversee SEO & CRO, optimizing everything from site structure to content, link-building, and A/B testing.
- Ensure the website integrates seamlessly with CRM, SEO, and paid media for a connected, data-driven approach.
- Collaborate with the Digital Product team to ensure e-commerce, booking flows, and personalization are best-in-class.
Performance Marketing That Delivers
- Own paid media strategy (PPC, social, programmatic), ensuring every euro works hard.
- Lead high-impact, data-driven campaigns, continuously refining audience targeting and creative execution.
- Build a powerful SEO & content strategy, driving both organic growth and paid efficiency.
- Use analytics, behavioral insights, and A/B testing to optimize ad spend and digital conversions.
Customer Experience & Digital Innovation
- Partner with CRM & Brand teams to ensure our digital touchpoints are personalized, relevant, and engaging.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, bringing fresh ideas to keep us innovative and competitive.
- Drive the right balance of brand building and performance marketing, making sure we’re playing both the short and long game.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing digital team across SEO, Paid Media, CMS, and Content.
- Own website management, working closely with UX, and IT teams to bring our vision to life.
- Manage relationships with agencies, platforms, and media partners to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with Brand, CRM, and Commercial teams to make sure digital marketing supports every part of the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Deep experience in digital marketing leadership, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle brands, fintech, or beauty tech.
- A strategic mind but also hands-on ability to analyze, optimize, and execute.
- A strong grasp of performance marketing, website strategy, SEO, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Comfort with Google, Meta, Salesforce, and CMS platforms.
- A growth-focused, test-and-learn mentality—always looking for ways to improve results.
