We're hunting for a freelance culinair copywriter
Looking for someone who gets genuinely excited about crafting the perfect press release for a new cocktail menu launch? Someone who knows the difference between a casual gastropub newsletter and luxury hotel copy? Yeah, that's you.
We need a copywriter who lives and breathes hospitality. Someone who can nail our tone of voice in a press release, understands what makes social copy tick, and creates newsletters that leave readers craving more. This is a part-time gig (hours TBD), so it pairs perfectly with your freelance projects.
Who we are
Typhoon Hospitality is the hospitality storytelling agency. We're a marketing, social media, and PR agency that only does hospitality – because frankly, we're obsessed with it.
Our client roster? Think beautiful hotels, innovative restaurants, buzzing bars, and premium spirits brands across the Benelux and Ibiza. We don't just create strategies; we execute them from A to Z. Our 19-strong team includes driven account managers, PR mavens, social media wizards, marketing gurus, and our in-house photographer who captures it all.
The role
As our copywriter, you'll craft flawless copy that tells hospitality stories worth reading. From press releases that journalists actually want to cover to newsletters that subscribers devour.
The team vibe
You'll join our passionate crew in Amsterdam, working both from our Emmastraat office in Zuid and remotely. We're driven but down-to-earth. We lunch together, laugh plenty, and work hard. Regular drinks and dinners are on the calendar, plus our annual team trip abroad.
At Typhoon, it's all about that informal, dynamic energy where we celebrate wins and prioritise work-life balance. Because burnt-out copywriters don't write brilliant copy.
We're after a copywriter with these skills:
Typhoon Hospitality is the story of a band of hospitality experts planning world domination. Sounds like quite the novel, don't you think?
