Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for clear, impactful communication? We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our team and advocate for our Tribe within our organization. As a Communication Specialist, you will start developing and executing communication strategies within one of our new Squads. Once this Squad is “on the map”, you will extend the strategies towards other Squads within our Tribe and towards our Tribe’s stakeholders. From crafting compelling content and bringing the right messages across to our technical and business audiences, you will play a key role in building up our network and promoting our Tribe’s services. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communication is consistent, strategic, and aligned with key priorities.

What you will do:

• Create and manage content for internal communication directed towards a variety of target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Squad’s Product Owner to maintain consistent and correct messaging.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure communication effectiveness.
• Adapt communication frequency and type based on emerging needs.
• Measure and report on the impact of communication initiatives.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of communication strategies and tools.
• Experience with stakeholder management and change management.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and connect with diverse audiences.
• Know how to leverage communities for effective communication with broad audiences.
• Proficient in transforming data into clear and compelling visuals to enhance understanding.

The ideal balance between entrepreneurial freedom and the benefits of employment!
• A salary, depending on experience, between € 5,500 and € 7,100 based on 36 hours per week.
• You are entitled to vacation days, receive continued payment in case of illness and are insured against disability.
