Wat ga je doen?

• Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van de ICC-kaart (t.b.v. kostprijsberekeningen);
• Meewerken aan rapportages en dashboards in Power BI;
• Uitvoeren van financiële analyses;
• Assisteren bij demandplanning en leverprocessen naar klanten;
• Ondersteunen bij operationele en administratieve taken, zoals maandafsluitingen.

Je krijgt hierbij ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, met waar nodig begeleiding en uitleg. Het is een ideale kans om te ontdekken waar jouw talenten liggen en wat je aanspreekt in het werkveld.

Wat breng jij mee?

• Volg je een HBO-opleiding (bij voorkeur in Finance, Bedrijfskunde of Logistiek);
• Heb je affiniteit met Excel, ERP-systemen en BI-tools zoals Power BI;
• Ben je zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief vaardig;
• Vind je het leuk om te analyseren, maar ook om praktisch bij te springen waar nodig;
• Ben je beschikbaar voor 16 uur per week, verspreid over meerdere dagen.

Over HVEG Accessories Group

HVEG Accessories Group BV is een Nederlandse leverancier van private label accessoires, eyewear en (leren) riemen. In 2020 zijn de divisies Belt Fashion, Wink Optics en Wink Accessories overgegaan in de nieuwe entiteit HVEG Accessories Group. Met een gevarieerd klantenbestand liggen onze artikelen door heel Europa in supermarkten, drogisterijen en bij fashion Retail ketens. De productie vindt plaats in Het Verre Oosten en Nederland.

Een dag bij HVEG Accessories Group

As a logistics employee, I start the day with a meeting where we go over the tasks for the day, making sure everyone is ready to get started. I then begin by carefully processing the returns. After handling the returns, it’s time for a relaxed coffee break with the whole team. Next, I start picking and scanning orders for both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring everything is handled correctly and accurately. In between, there’s time for a shared lunch to catch up with my colleagues. Towards the end of the day, we get all the packages ready for shipment and make sure everything is neatly tidied up together. You start your day by getting a nice cup of coffee. Followed by an online Global CR teams meeting whereby you give an update about HAG and we share knowledge and project updates with each other from all over the world. You walk around the Belt Factory and have a chat with Titus, the Factory Manager, about the status. Then you can join a lunch, with lots of nice food, in the canteen with a scenic view over the factory. After lunch and a short stroll, you meet up with the Buying Manager and your manager, to discuss the status of certifications at the factories and materials. Finally you sit down in front of your laptop and support your colleagues and customers with their questions on CR Compliance and Sustainability. You also do your weekly administration check and send a few emails to your colleagues in Bangladesh and China to get information about certifications of factories or ask about the status of certain issues in the factories which you need to communicate to a customer. Lastly, you check a customer CR manual and make sure that the ones involved at HAG are up-to-date. At the end of your dynamic day, you are ready to enjoy a 'borrel' with your HAG colleagues or a HVEG Group party at a cool location. Vanessa Malawauw, Compliance Lead
