Are you ready to turbo-charge Aquablu’s partner network?

We’re on the hunt for an energetic Channel Marketing Manager who will turn our European dealer network into a powerhouse of Aquablu evangelists. You’ll be the marketing mastermind behind our partners—crafting co-marketing campaigns, rolling out proven playbooks, and scaling everything that works.

Location: Amsterdam (NL), 3 days on site minimum.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ignite Partner Activation – Onboard, inspire, and empower dealers across Europe to shout Aquablu from the rooftops.

  • Launch Co-Marketing Campaigns – From ABM blitzes to co-hosted tastings and trade-show takeovers, you’ll plan and execute joint campaigns that drive system sales.

  • Enable Like a Pro – Roll out our Partner Marketing Toolkit, share battle-tested playbooks, and train partners in the Aquablu growth model.

  • Build Scalable Systems – Create templates and automations for lead gen, email flows, event kits, and more—so great ideas become repeatable wins.

  • Track & Tweak Performance – Deploy our Marketing Performance Checklist, spot the gaps, and crank up what works.

  • Guard the Brand – Ensure every partner touchpoint radiates Aquablu’s premium, planet-positive vibe.

  • Replicate Success – Identify high-performing tactics, localise where needed, and clone them across new regions and partners.

Job requirements

About You

  • 3-5 years in partner/channel marketing (B2B, SaaS, or hardware scale-ups get bonus points).

  • A structured doer with project-management chops and a bias for action.

  • Relationship-builder who loves enabling others to win.

  • Experience running B2B events—from intimate tastings to mega trade shows.

  • Clear, compelling communicator who simplifies the complex.

  • Data-savvy—you measure what matters and iterate fast.

  • Fluent in English; extra European languages are a plus.

  • Thrive in a fast-moving scale-up where “good” today beats “perfect” next week.
