Strategy and Transformation Manager

To support our ambitious growth and transformation agenda, we are looking for a high-performing Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our Group Transformation team. This role is pivotal in defining and executing strategic initiatives that create tangible value across our business.

Your Role: Make Strategy Happen

You will work closely with the Chief Transformation Officer—who is a member of the Executive Committee (ExCo)—and partner with senior leaders across Mediq and our private equity ownership. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role with significant exposure, impact, and opportunity for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive High-Impact Initiatives

• Lead select top-line growth and transformation projects in close collaboration with markets and functional teams
• Ensure initiatives move seamlessly from strategy to execution and deliver measurable business impact
• Monitor and track performance metrics to secure delivery of strategic outcomes

2. Lead Group Strategy Development

• Drive the annual strategic planning process across the group
• Lead and contribute to key strategic projects, including market positioning, business model innovation, and portfolio strategy

3. Support Executive & Board-Level Governance

• Prepare ExCo and Board of Directors meetings in close cooperation with senior leadership
• Ensure decision-making processes are clear, actions are followed up, and governance runs smoothly

What You Bring

We are seeking a sharp, self-driven professional who can think strategically, execute with precision, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting or a corporate strategy/PMO role, ideally with exposure to private equity environments
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, business case development experience, and the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear insights
• Execution Focus: Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives from ideation through to measurable implementation
• Strong Communicator: Capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior executives and board members
• Commercially Savvy: Deep understanding of business drivers with the ability to link strategy to operational outcomes
• Team Player: Collaborative and pragmatic, with the interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional efforts and build trust quickly
