BridgeFund is looking for a curious and driven Data Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact Zone!):

As our Data Intern, you'll work closely with our data team, which consists of data analysts, data engineers, data scientists and credit risk modellers experts. You will get hands-on experience:

• Dive into our data: Help collect, clean, and prepare diverse datasets for analysis – accuracy is key!
• Uncover insights: Perform data analysis, identify trends, and help build clear reports & dashboards that drive decisions.
• Predict trends: Train machine learning or AI models to predict trends based on historical observation. (oid)
• Boost data quality: Support us in monitoring, validating, and improving the quality and reliability of our data.
• Collaborate across teams: Work together with data colleagues and other departments (like Sales, Marketing, Finance) on exciting data-driven projects.
• Learn the tools of the trade: Get hands-on experience with essential tools like SQL, and potentially Python/R or BI software (don't worry, we'll guide you!).
• Explore and experiment: Bring your fresh perspective and ideas to help us find new ways to leverage our data.

Who We're Looking For (Your Profile):

• You're in the last phase of pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar.
• You have a foundational understanding of data concepts and possess a strong analytical mindset.
• You're naturally curious, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy solving puzzles with data.
• You're eager to learn technical skills like SQL or maybe even Python/R (any prior exposure is a plus!).
• You can communicate your findings clearly (our company language is Dutch, but the data/tech teams often work in English too - strong English is needed).
• You're proactive, a genuine team player, and excited to learn and grow.
• You're available for 40 hours per week for a period of a minimum of 5 months.
