Join Our Innovative Team as a Customer & AI Intern

Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and exploring the exciting world of artificial intelligence? Join our innovative team as a Customer & AI Intern! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer care processes and AI technology while making a real impact.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to identify areas for improvement in existing processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Document customer care processes thoroughly, creating clear and concise guides that facilitate training and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in training AI models, including chatbots and FAQ bots, by providing insights, data, and feedback to enhance their effectiveness in addressing customer inquiries.
  • Participate in testing and evaluating AI-driven tools to ensure they meet customer needs and improve response times.
  • Support the development of training materials and resources for the Customer Care team to effectively utilize AI tools.

Your Profile

  • A strong interest in customer service and artificial intelligence, with a desire to learn and contribute to both areas.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members (Dutch and English).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a plus, but not required—passion and a willingness to learn are key!
