The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Designer to join our Product and Design team in Amsterdam. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering best-in-class digital experiences that meet customer needs and align with our high-quality standards. This includes customizing layouts, refining content, and enhancing user experiences across a portfolio of digital products and services. You’ll be working with a talented team in a fast-paced environment where creativity, quality, and collaboration are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality, responsive websites using modern CMS and website building platforms (e.g., Duda, WordPress).
• Apply UX principles to create intuitive user journeys and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Ensure the visual and functional quality of websites by reviewing completed designs and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, operations) to support new partner launches and product enhancements.
• A mindset to continuously raise the bar on design quality and creativity.
• Research and stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies; contribute to product scoping and improvements.
• Lead and participate in training sessions, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
• Create and maintain internal design documentation and best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of multi-channel collateral and marketing materials that reflect our brand and customer promise.
• Support business operations by troubleshooting design and system-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional web design or digital product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, UX/UI thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent design skills and a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS; JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working with website platforms such as Duda and WordPress.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills and fluent command of English.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to lead by example.
• A passion for design, continuous improvement, and delivering real value to customers.
