We are currently seeking an exceptional Public Sector Solutions Engineer who is passionate about solving complex customer challenges and securing significant enterprise deals. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the enterprise sales team and regional channel partners to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs. You will strategize on navigating various scenarios, deliver compelling demonstrations, and ultimately drive business closures. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our solutions effectively meet our clients’ demands, contributing to their success and the growth of Atlassian.

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $152,100 - $202,800
Zone B: $136,800 - $182,400
Zone C: $126,000 - $168,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
