Join Our Team as a Junior Finance Officer - Charge Out Rates

The main responsibility of the Finance Analyst - Charge Out Rates is to support operational tasks related to pricing and rate management for the APAC region.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Maintaining rate card information in SAP Finance system
  • Cooperating with Pricing teams to set up client/global agreements.
  • Working with Partners and Admins to set up special client and matter rate arrangements
  • Managing Snap Finance User Access process
  • Maintaining lawyer set up in SAP Finance system
  • Seeking opportunities for process improvements
  • Performing all activities in line with agreed SLAs & KPIs
  • Processing various ad-hoc requests related to Charge Out Rate area

About you

  • A curious mind that is eager to learn and solve problems
  • A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and high levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and capability of working to tight individual and team timeframes
  • 2 years plus experience in a Finance department, preferably within the Pricing and Rates area
  • Familiarity with MS Office, SAP accounting software, Service now
  • Experience in working in a Shared Service Centre
