How do you make our customers happy?

By ensuring our 47,000 partners can grow their businesses seamlessly and effortlessly, ultimately serving our shared 13.7 million customers better. As our MS Dynamics Lead Engineer, you’ll own the CRM solution (OnePRM) that helps us manage partner relationships at scale – from onboarding newcomers to supporting struggling partners and gracefully offboarding businesses that unfortunately no longer meet our standards. An impactful role: if partners have the tools to succeed, customers can expect better service, more options, and faster delivery. Your leadership directly impacts whether a small company in Amsterdam or a major retailer in Brussels can reach, engage, and delight millions of shoppers on our platform. Ready to engineer partner success at scale?

The biggest challenge

Envisioning and building a CRM that serves everyone, from one-person startups to enterprise partners, and caters to their unique needs. How do you create automated processes that feel personal? How do you balance platform governance with partner autonomy? You’ll need to master the technical complexity of Dynamics 365 and the soft skills of stakeholder management– weighing priorities from compliance, marketing, and operations. You’ll translate between business ambitions and technical realities while coaching engineers and challenging product decisions. Can you architect solutions that scale gracefully without losing the human touch?

What you'll do as the MS Dynamics Lead Engineer

Leading a team of 3 internal engineers and several external Dynamics specialists, you’ll evolve our OnePRM platform and increase its value for the Partner Relationship Management team. You’ll report to the Engineering Manager and take technical ownership of how we communicate with, support, and enable partners throughout the entire lifecycle.

A typical workday combines technical architecture with people leadership tasks. One moment, you’re designing integrations between Dynamics and our microservices landscape; the next, you’re coaching a junior engineer through a complex Power Platform challenge. You’ll also participate in product discovery sessions, challenging assumptions and proposing solutions that balance innovation with stability.

As the technical conscience of the team, you’ll safeguard architectural principles while pushing for continuous improvement. Working closely with Product, Design, and Data counterparts, you’ll ensure technical feasibility doesn’t become the enemy of business innovation. Your key responsibilities:

  • Architect and optimize OnePRM solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
  • Safeguard and promote our technical principles while enabling rapid innovation
  • Lead and mentor engineers, fostering their technical capabilities
  • Partner with Product and Business in discovery and experimentation
  • Drive technical excellence through best practices and automation
  • Balance stakeholder needs across multiple user groups
  • Act as a trusted technical sparring partner for the Engineering Manager

Why you can make a difference

You combine deep Dynamics 365 expertise with natural leadership abilities. Your technical toolkit spans Microsoft’s ecosystem (D365, Power Platform, Copilot) while your consulting skills help you navigate stakeholder landscapes. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, and Java knowledge would make you even more effective. You’re equally comfortable debating architecture patterns and facilitating team retrospectives. With proven experience in leading without formal authority, you inspire through your expertise and energy. You believe in agile principles. Not as dogma but as enablers of value delivery. Most importantly, you understand that CRM systems should enrich human relationships, not replace them.

  • Control commander If you can't delegate without micromanaging, our highly collaborative environment will frustrate you
  • Smarty-pants You’d rather be the smartest person in the room than make the room smarter
  • Tech tunnel vision Business context bores you—you just want a list of requirements
  • Internationally fluent You thrive in diverse teams where technical issues are discussed in three languages before lunch
  • Complexity composer Multiple stakeholders with competing priorities? You see a puzzle to solve, not a problem to avoid
  • Growth catalyst You measure success by how much your team members grow, not just what they deliver

Where you'll work
