Experienced Catia Programmer

The position

As part of the engineering team, you combine technical know-how with a creative team spirit. Together you invent and design high-profile facades that are made and assembled by Aldowa colleagues. You will work with architects, contractors and all internal departments who also have a passion for non-standard metal and composite facades. The engineering team uses cutting edge methods and software to create the facades.

What will you do?

• In a project-based manner, you will work with other engineers to automate and accelerate the process of CAD/3D engineering for globally assembled unique facades
• Setting up and managing geometric parts, based on algorithmic fashion
• Through your extensive experience with Catia, programming in Enterprise Knowledge Language (EKL) and creating Engineering Templates, you will challenge the process and your fellow engineers on a daily basis
• Together with the team, you will work on the development of multiple iconic landmarks simultaneously

What do you bring?

• Ruime ervaring met CATIA (V5 of hoger)
• Ruime ervaring met EKL
• Ruime ervaring met Engineering Templates en het maken van User Design Features
• Opgedane bouwkundige ervaring is een voordeel voor de functie, maar niet noodzakelijk
• Kennis van Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is een pre
• Ervaring met het 3D Experience plaform is een pre
• Ervaring met Visual Scripting en/of Python is een pre
• Je werkt graag in teamverband en bent full-time beschikbaar
