Throughout the traineeship, you’ll work on challenging and impactful audits and projects, from partnering with business stakeholders to identifying risks in new technology solutions to enhance our customers’ food retail shopping experience. What are we looking for?

• Master's degree in Technical Field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security) by the start of the traineeship.
• Affinity with information systems and understanding of DevOps software engineering and operations principles. Experience with operational technology and robotics is a plus.
• Up to two years (maximum) of working experience.
• The ability to communicate fluent in English (and preferably one of the following: Dutch, Greek, Serbian, Czech, Romanian or French) and the willingness to travel, including international travel
• Business Acumen – the ability to understand organizational processes and objectives as well as obtain organizational insight through effective relationships.
• Aptitude and desire to understand how our retail technologies (e.g., supply chain automation, store level software innovations, omnichannel shopping platforms, AI driven solutions) impacts business processes and customer experience
• Reside in and are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
