You will be part of our Global Employer Brand team and work closely with Regional Employer Brand Partners around the world. Your role will involve creating content, driving impactful campaigns, maintaining the career site, and learning all about how we attract and retain talent at FrieslandCampina.

What we Ask:

You’re a bold, resourceful self-starter and you bring the following competencies:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Media, (Digital) Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Affinity with social media and online marketing. Relevant experience in communications, marketing, website maintenance, video editing, or related areas is a plus.
  • Hands-on attitude and creativity; you think and act outside the box.
  • A drive to innovate and improve every step of the content creation process.
  • Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
  • Available for at least 4.5 months – preferably starting in September 2025.

Vacancy Description:

  • Develop content for our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and for our Global Employer Brand Campaign.
  • Manage our TikTok channel.
  • Maintain and further develop our career site.
  • Create and execute communication plans for new employer branding initiatives (e.g. referral programs, employee advocacy).
  • Interview employees and write ambassador stories.
  • Assist in creating documents, guidelines, and presentations.
  • Support project planning and organization.
