Project Manager at 100procent

As a project manager at our marketing automation agency, you’ll be both commercially and operationally responsible for your projects. You’ll be the primary contact for both clients and colleagues, safeguarding timelines and ensuring every project is profitable. In this dynamic role where no two days are the same, you’ll work flexibly from our office, your home, or directly at the client’s location.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactive client communication & translating needs: You’ll stay closely connected with clients via email, phone, or chat and translate their needs into concrete plans and quotes. You listen carefully and seek the “question behind the question” to provide the best solution.

• Creating and monitoring project plans and quotes: You draft detailed project timelines and ensure accurate time estimations, keeping everything well-monitored throughout.

• Main point of contact & team coordination: You act as the central contact for both clients and internal teams, directing departments and specialists involved. You ensure clear task distribution within the team.

• Financial & administrative project management: You’re responsible for the financial oversight of your projects and ensure everything stays on track.

• Expectation management & client communication: You manage client expectations and ensure clear documentation and regular updates so clients are always well-informed.

• Spotting client developments & sales opportunities: You identify key developments and potential sales opportunities and pass them on to the Customer Service Manager.

• Supporting marketing activities: Where needed, you assist in marketing initiatives to help position the company as a top name in marketing automation – aimed at boosting brand awareness and lead generation.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager (agency experience is a plus)

• Higher vocational education (HBO) or equivalent experience – practical know-how matters more

• Naturally client-oriented and commercially minded

• Independent and highly responsible

• Flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks

• Strong in scope management and project planning

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Eager to learn and continuously improve yourself and your team
