Picnic’s central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Dusseldorf. In the role of Learning & Development Specialist, you're part of the central L&D team at our Amsterdam office, working closely together with the broader People team. You're the first point of contact for the Picnic central team for all L&D related topics. Being a true team player, you're constantly working with the rest of the L&D team and other colleagues within the whole of Picnic. Tricks of the trade

  • Develop and implement new L&D programs
  • Facilitate intervision sessions, workshops, and trainings yourself
  • Write a high standard L&D catalogue & communication plan
  • Be the first point of contact for external L&D partnerships
  • Improve operational L&D processes continuously and sustainably
  • Own L&D ESG reporting
  • Use feedback & measure participation rate to identify potential for improvement of L&D programs
  • Work closely together with key stakeholders to define role/team specific learning tracks and identify learning gaps

Your superpowers

  • MSc. degree preferably in HR or a similar field
  • 4-6 years of working experience in L&D in a fast paced and commercial environment
  • Experienced in and passionate about facilitating team sessions and trainings
  • Experienced in working with MS Office
  • Ability to easily build networks and work closely with key stakeholders
  • You are an organizational talent and approach tasks with energy
  • You get things rolling and mobilize your stakeholders with ease
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written; Dutch, German or French is an advantage
