By being the superhero our business departments didn’t know they needed. As our Security Liaison, you’ll accomplish a “shift-left” in our innovation process, proactively supporting teams with their security challenges early on. Can you spot potential risks faster than a speeding bullet and crush them before they endanger innovations and – even worse – jeopardize the customer and partner experience? The biggest challenge

Our business teams (think of Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Logistics, HR/Recruitment, Customer/Partner Service, etc) deserve the ‘right dosage’ of security support, resulting in issues being detected and mitigated early in the innovation process. Your mission is to provide crucial early insight into high-risk changes and become the go-to security guru for our business teams. Collaborate, reduce friction, provide Management and Subject Matter Leaders with security insights and timely advice. The tricky part is that bol wants security and innovation to both come first. Can you professionalize our approach to security without diminishing our innovative prowess?

What you’ll do as Security Liaison

As our Security Liaison, you are part of the Cybersecurity team and report to the Team Lead Business Security Advisory. You’ll spend roughly 80% of your time in the field, sitting and working with the business leadership teams, supporting them and smoothing their security road to production. The other 20%? That’s your time to stay connected with the security team and support your fellow Liaisons.

Why you can make difference

You:

• Have 5+ years of technical experience, with deep knowledge of cybersecurity and tech risk management.
• Have proven ability to integrate security early in the innovation process (shift-left), addressing risks proactively.
• Are a strong communicator and efficient problem solver, able to collaborate effectively with business teams, business management, and leads on security matters.
• Are able to quickly understand challenges in the business departments and provide actionable advise.
• Have experience in supporting teams efficiently with security challenges, handling incidents, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance.
• Have the ability to work independently on high-impact security issues, escalating risks and reporting on security performance.
• Are skilled in diverse tasks, from managing security incidents to preparing for third-party reviews.
