Join our dynamic team in Rotterdam as a Platform Engineer and be a supporter of change by enabling our software engineers to work more efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining tooling that accelerates the development process, such as CI/CD pipelines and security checks for AWS components.

What you are going to do
As a Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our development experience. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our software engineering teams, ultimately leading to better products and services for our customers. Your daily tasks will include:

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process
• Develop security checks for AWS components to ensure compliance and security and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with software engineers to identify and address their tooling needs
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the development infrastructure
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of the tooling you create

• Salary between €3,908 and €5,583 (for 40h) depending on your knowledge and experience
• 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary

Who you are

• You have at least an HBO level of education in computer science or similarlly related course
• You have at least 1-3 years of experience in similar position in the past
• You love automation and implementing recurring tasks, testing, and security in CI/CD systems
• You have knowledge of AWS or Azure
• You are tech-savvy and well-informed about modern technologies
• You have strong collaboration and communication skills (in English language)

You will join a team of 6 engineers dedicated to improving our development processes. Our team values open communication, continuous learning, and a supportive atmosphere. You will work closely with software engineers, DevOps specialists, and security experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
