Learning and Development Internship: Learning Strategy Research

Introduction

Within the ASML Academy, we have the opportunity to build a learning and knowledge management organization that will serve and develop the company and everyone within it. To do so, we have a fantastic team of people who need to stay ahead of the curve. We are looking for someone who can deliver comprehensive research results on the newest L&D, knowledge management and talent management insights and strategies and how we could implement these into the ASML Academy.

Your assignment

Your job will be to dive deep into learning solutions through existing research and insights and looking into other companies' learning, knowledge management and talent management organizations. We expect you to gather information on the "latest and greatest" and to get to know our organization so you'll be able to translate your findings into recommendations for the ASML Academy. The research part of your assignment will be largely individual; we will offer you the necessary guidance and team structure for the recommendation part.

We would like to work with the intern to specify the detailed research topic, as we are open to insights into multiple aspects of learning:

  • The newest L&D, knowledge management and talent management insights and strategies and how we could implement these into the ASML Academy.
  • How to go from delivering learning solutions to concrete changes in employees' results and behavior.

This is a bachelor or master graduation internship for minimum 4 months, for 4 to 5 days per week. The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Are a student in Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, (organizational) Psychology, Social Sciences or Organizational development;
  • Preferably have some experience in a corporate environment;
  • Have great communication skills, are pro-active and are able to work independently.

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
