We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive excellence in the Trauma & Extremities (T&E) division. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping strategies, identifying market opportunities, and driving product success to improve patient outcomes.

What you will do

As a Senior Product Manager – Trauma & Extremities, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch initiatives.
• Identify and surface new customer needs, driving product and program improvements.
• Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to enhance market positioning.
• Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning.
• Accurately forecast resource needs and establish key performance metrics.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire team members.
• Work cross-functionally to influence key stakeholders and achieve business objectives.
• Build relationships with industry leaders, organizations, and institutions to strengthen market presence.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years of work experience required (Medical device, marketing, or sales experience preferred).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Persuasive influence skills in cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
