JOB PURPOSE:

The Ice Cream business operates on a global scale, and this role provides dedicated Executive Assistant support to the Chief Creative Officer. The position requires regular interaction with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Executive Support:

  • Own and manage the CCO’s complex, dynamic calendar: across time zones, meetings, and priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate international and domestic travel, visas, conference logistics, and event participation.
  • Schedule, prep, and follow up on key internal and external engagements (creative sessions, agency reviews, global brand team calls, etc.).
  • Handle expenses, payments, and administrative processes with excellence and discretion.

Beyond the Basics:

  • Assist with occasional special projects or internal initiatives related to branding, innovation, or team development.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of the internal Marketing Academy in collaboration with HR.
  • Help set the tone of a high-performing, positive, and creatively charged environment around the CCO’s office.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a high-level Personal or Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and agility with other digital tools.
  • A strong sense of initiative, ownership, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in creative industries, marketing, media, or a high-growth start-up.
