As our HR Interim Project Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Human Resources Service Delivery System. This system will include a personalised landing page, a knowledge base, an HR ticketing solution, a language translation engine, and an AI-enabled chatbot.

How you’ll help us.

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Director HR Services & Total Rewards, and as part of the role, you’ll:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with Country HR Managers, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Total Rewards, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations. Work closely together with Vendor project manager.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the HR Service Delivery System, ensuring all elements (landing page, knowledge base, ticketing solution, translation engine, chatbot, and AI) are integrated seamlessly.
  • Ensure the system meets high standards of quality and usability. Conduct regular testing with the stakeholders and gather user feedback to communicate necessary improvements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to the Project Steering Committee.

More about you.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in HR systems or IT projects. Proven experience with the following elements is highly desirable: Personalized landing pages, Knowledge bases, HR ticketing solutions, Language translation engines, Chatbots and AI technologies.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience working in Human Resources or with HR systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
