In a nutshell

As Fleet Project Manager in the Fleet Development Team, you will be at the forefront of innovating our fast growing fleet of electric delivery vehicles. You will turn bold ideas into practical solutions—working closely with our internal experts and trusted industry partners. From vehicle OEMs to component suppliers, you will oversee the full lifecycle of fleet innovation: from concept to production, and from supplier management to systems implementation.

Tricks of the trade

  • OEM supplier management: Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of our Picnic delivery vehicles by managing relationships with vehicle suppliers.
  • Fleet telematics system: Own the systems that power our fleet intelligence. You’ll maintain and continuously improve our telematics platform.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, programmers, and business analysts to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Product quality: Ensure high-quality interface solutions are integrated into our vehicles.
  • Concept definition: Collaborate with internal specialists to define the best interface solutions for Picnic vehicle cabins.

About you…

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, industrial design, or a similar field
  • 2-6 years of full time work experience in product development, engineering, or project management
  • Experience in managing suppliers or external stakeholders
  • Affinity with automotive, logistics, or product development
  • Fluent in English; Dutch, German, or French is a plus
  • A drivers license
  • Intellectual horsepower to learn on the go
  • You’re hands-on, solutions-oriented, and driven to build things better every day
