Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Upper Extremities division. In this role, you will drive product strategy, including robotics and software solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help modernize our marketing and sales approach through digital and omnichannel initiatives.

What You Will Do

As a Product Manager, Upper Extremities, you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support product growth and commercial success.
  • Drive digital and omnichannel strategies to modernize customer engagement.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize the sales funnel and improve commercial efficiency.
  • Support pricing and positioning strategies to drive market penetration.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Continuously learn and develop expertise in the Extremities market.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management (medical devices or healthcare industry preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing or omnichannel engagement is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Fluency French and/or Dutch is a plus.
