THE ROLE

We’re looking for a corporate Social Media Intern to support our global Corporate Affairs team.

As one of the world’s leaders in the beauty industry, we interact with a diverse and active set of audiences and stakeholders. Nowadays social media is one of the core channels to engage with these stakeholders but also to transmit some of our core corporate messaging. This role will have the opportunity to shape, build and execute global communication campaigns as part of the central communications team that develops, coordinates and executes Coty corporate communications worldwide.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of the corporate social media calendar (monthly content plan for all social media channels)
  • Creating (copywriting + assets creation/adaptation), and publishing content across Coty corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Working with internal stakeholders (people from different teams, divisions, part of Coty), to ensure smooth and timely delivery of assets for our ongoing communication
  • Daily monitoring of digital space and social media, to identify relevant and shareable content
  • Daily monitoring of digital space and social media, to identify relevant marketing/social media trends and insights as well as key cultural moments
  • Community management - managing response to comments and questions and identifying opportunities to open conversations with key influencers
  • Coming up with cut through ideas for innovative social campaigns aiming at building engagement and reach
  • Running Employer Branding social media content agenda
  • Monthly analytics per channel - ability to measure, analyse and evaluate content performance on social media platforms, to continually improve communications
  • Research into emerging applications and technologies
  • Proactively monitor the competitor landscape

  • Deep understanding of social media
  • (nice to have) experience in a social media or marketing role with a proven track record of growing social accounts
  • Great writer
  • Understanding of marketing insights and analytics with the ability to identify insights and learnings to inform strategies
  • Creative eye for creating and curating aesthetic content
  • Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities
  • Passion for the beauty industry
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
  • Keen to learn and develop skills
  • PROACTIVE and motivated self-starter
  • Well organised and can keep cool when working to tight deadlines
  • Fluent English (C1) – especially important strong English writing skills

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

  • 6-9 month internship contract
  • Start in July/August/September 2025.
  • Enrolment in a university for whole duration of the internship is mandatory.
  • Internship allowance, NS business card (if you were not eligible for a student public transport card), staff discount of Coty products, access to Coty Academy.
