As a Business Analyst at Rabobank, you will work in the heart of data and technology. You will help design, build, and manage innovative solutions that are valuable to our 7 million customers.

You and your job

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with people who have an insatiable curiosity for technology, data, and self-development. Within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform, you will work at the centre of the data-driven enterprise. The tribe consists of four areas: Onboarding & Support, Governance Platform, Data Platform, and Analytics Platform. In many of the teams, we work on software engineering and need your help to design, build, and manage ground breaking solutions.

Above all, we are looking for new colleagues with an insatiable curiosity in data, technology, and self-development on a medior/senior level. You help to define business or technical problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. You will guide the team with your experience and make a difference every day.

  • Understanding the goals and needs of the business and translating them into (data) requirements.
  • Preparing technical specifications for governance processes using workflows and integrations via APIs.

You and your talent

  • 3-5 years of experience in data governance, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing workflows in Collibra.
  • Experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud, including workflow configuration and customization.
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and processes.
  • Collibra Certified Professional or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience with working in agile scrum teams.
  • Proactively participate in a multidisciplinary DevOps team where you challenge and debate the decisions of your team members on the presented solutions.
  • Transparency and courage to have in-depth conversations.
  • Continuously improving to grow as a team and individual.
  • Proactively participate in reflection moments to improve our collaboration, processes, value delivery, and goals, on both product and team level.
