You’ll play a key part in bridging traditional infrastructure with cloud innovation, ensuring our solutions meet high standards in performance, scalability, security, and business continuity.

• Design hybrid infrastructure solutions that integrate cloud and on-premises systems, aligned with enterprise goals and IT strategy.
• Define architecture blueprints for compute, storage, networking, and identity services across hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and propose modernization initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, security, and governance across environments, incorporating automation, observability, and resilience principles.
• Lead infrastructure assessments, migrations, and transformation projects that bridge legacy systems with modern platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and architectural standards.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle management, disaster recovery planning, and capacity forecasting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and operations teams, providing thought leadership on hybrid infrastructure best practices.

How you strengthen our team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IT infrastructure, including hybrid cloud models.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization platforms, storage systems, and networking architectures.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud services and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management across cloud and on-prem.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to hybrid IT (ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
