Process Management Internship

Due to the implementation of a group-wide Business Process Management (BPM) tool, we would like to bring on board a dynamic and positive-minded student to support the migration of process flows and descriptions during a 6-month internship.

Profiel

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by playing a role in continuously improving the processes of Triodos Bank. As a part of your role you will document processes, in line with a set of guidelines and standards, and make them available to the entire organisation.

Furthermore, you will:

• Support the implementation and adoption of the BPM tool
• Support in maintaining guidelines around processes for Triodos co-workers
• Contribute to ad hoc requests in the team

• be a motivated student (HBO or WO) who is interested in further development within process management area
• be accurate and pay attention to details
• be able to influence and persuade different stakeholders to get things done
• be continuously receptive to new ideas and strive for improvement
• demonstrate a growth mindset by learning quickly, experimenting and daring to make mistakes
• be familiar with process mapping tools and techniques (as a plus)
• have good command of English both written and verbal (knowledge of Dutch, German or Spanish is desirable, but not essential)

Your future colleagues

You will be part of the international Process Management & Continuous Improvement team, which consists of 14 people and report into the Head of Process Management & Continuous Improvement.
