We are looking for a Senior Nacora Sales Specialist to strengthen our dynamic team in Rotterdam.

Your Role

Nacora International Insurance Brokers, a part of the Kuehne+Nagel Group, specializes in providing insurance services for both Kuehne+Nagel and external clients. As a trusted advisor and innovator, we deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet our clients' needs. In the role of Senior Nacora Sales Specialist, you are responsible for attracting new clients and advising and mediating insurance for existing clients. You play a crucial role in ensuring the highest insurance standards and compliance with contractual agreements.

Your Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and execute Nacora's global growth strategy.
• Achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare complex insurance quotes, particularly focused on business damage insurance and collective income insurance.
• Advisory work involves business relationships and Kuehne+Nagel, covering existing and new insurances as well as guidance on damage prevention.
• Collaborate with field colleagues and commercial internal services for effective business operations.
• Keep personal certifications up-to-date by following Wft PE training and successfully passing exams, including internal Kuehne+Nagel training on compliance, Code of Conduct, cybersecurity, and Wwft, etc.
• Conduct technical inspections in storage spaces for risk analyses in the context of marine transport insurance. Guide technical inspections at Kuehne+Nagel and third-party relationships by insurers.
• Knowledge of the logistics sector and knowledge of Goods Transport Insurance, as well as Transport Liability Insurance. Prepare quotes, policy drafting, and a good basic knowledge of claims settlement in these branches.

Your Skills and Experience

• Valid insurance certifications obtained: Wft modules: Business Damage Insurance Advisor and Income Insurance Advisor.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree obtained.
• At least 5 years of experience in insuring all business risks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and proven leadership.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel, mainly in NL and occasionally internationally.
• Full-time availability per week.
