Do you want to contribute to the online growth story of Naif?

About Naïf

When Jochem and Sjoerd both became dads for the first time in 2013, they realized that baby care products were full of harmful ingredients. Driven to make a change, Naïf was born.

Our mission is to change the world of personal care, and to protect and care for the environment that our children (and their children) will live in at all costs. So we choose to make personal care products that are mild for sensitive skin and less harmful for our planet. We were the first brand to introduce plastic-free wet wipes in the Netherlands, and we actively campaign against the use of microplastics in personal care products.

We have everything you need for your baby, from diaper cream to plastic-free wipes, shampoo and even sunscreen. The sensitive baby skin doesn’t need a lot if you ask us, and definitely no bad stuff. That’s why Naïf products are made with natural ingredients, and without mineral oils, microplastics or SLES. We choose high quality ingredients because your baby only deserves the best. Good care, worry-free.

"Every human is naturally born naive: pure, honest and innocent. We want to keep it that way."
Sjoerd Trompetter & Jochem Hes, Founders fathers of Naïf

Your role

Imagine this. It's Monday morning 9 am and you are excited to start your day. The week starts with the E-commerce week start, where you discuss priorities for the week. This week the new sun products go live, so after the meeting you block some time to make sure our product pages are looking spic & span. After lunch & a walk on the beach you spend your afternoon monitoring last weeks performance in Meta & you make some changes to optimize our conversion ads. At the end of the day you brief the creative team on some new ideas for the digital shelf. And it's only Monday!

Does this sound like you? Are you not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and own our D2C channel performance? Are you the kind of person who lives bringing structure to chaos, and making sure all the right people are involved? Do you have experience in website optimization and performance marketing? Do you love working with multiple teams? Well... we need to hire you!

What you will do?

  • Own and optimize the performance of our website Naifcare.com across NL, BE, DE, and AT.
  • Define and execute the naifcare.com development roadmap with a clear focus on growth and conversion.
  • Analyze webshop and campaign data (GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo) to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Operations, Product) to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing channels (SEA, META, display), together with our Media Manager and external agency.
  • Continuously test and improve onsite UX and CRO, using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Pitch and align new initiatives with internal stakeholders to drive buy-in and accelerate D2C growth.
  • Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and proactively adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Keep up with e-commerce trends and implement best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

What will you bring?

  • You live our core values: You are honest, curious, open-minded, and straightforward. You are creative, dream big, and prioritize people. You take responsibility, even when things go wrong, and share what you learn with others.
  • You are passionate about our mission and want to help us turn the personal care industry upside down.
  • You are data-driven, structured and able to prioritize within a roadmap.
  • You know how to translate insights into concrete improvements, collaborate easily with various teams (marketing, operations, product), and have a sharp eye for customer experience and conversion optimization.
  • You’re also a strong communicator who knows how to get stakeholders on board with your ideas and drive cross-functional alignment to support the growth of naifcare.com.
  • Experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, META, CRO) is great!
  • Familiar with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, etc) is fantastic if you know it all, but we can also teach you a lot on the job.
  • You are available 40 hours p/w starting July 1st 2025.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English. If you speak German we might die from excitement.
  • You’re happy to work from our office in Scheveningen (with very good coffee!) at least 3 days a week.

Working at Naïf

At Naïf, we aim to change the world of personal care. It can and must be done better as 9 out of 10 personal care products still contain (micro)plastics. We believe in a world where only the best ingredients are used for your baby's skin. Working at Naïf is not just a job; you truly can contribute to a change in the world of personal care! And the job comes with:

  • An unique opportunity to use your commercial experience for the good and make a positive impact.
  • Working in a start-up culture full of energy, impact, freedom, and a motivated team.
  • 25 vacation days per year on a full-time basis (or some more, if needed).
  • A discount on a gym membership at Urban Sports Club.
  • An annual impact & volunteer day and inspiration sessions from sustainability pioneers.
  • We love to celebrate successes and organize many fun team activities together. Last year we went to Texel together and celebrated Christmas in Cologne.
  • And of course... lots of Naïf products.

Naïf is more than just a company to work for: it is a sustainable skincare brand with products coming straight from our hearts. We strive to improve ourselves every day. Innovative ideas and your input are greatly valued. Creativity is highly appreciated and stimulated. We are a fast-growing start-up with a beachfront office in The Hague and operating on an international level. This results in new and exciting challenges every day.
