The role

As the Head of Operational Excellence | Logistics, you will drive continuous improvement across the downstream supply chain, focusing on error and cost reduction and overall efficiency improvements. Your role will ensure the standardization and implementation of best practices between the different HelloFresh markets (Benelux, France, Nordics) to improve operations.

What you’ll do

  • Team management: Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence.
  • Supply chain optimization: Design, implement, and enhance processes, systems, and tools to boost efficiency and meet KPI targets. Develop and execute new initiatives to reduce logistics errors and optimize shipping costs (labor, vans, etc).
  • Process harmonization: Understand local constraints to standardize and adapt processes across markets ensuring consistency, leveraging benchmarking and best practice sharing.
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborate and align with a high number of stakeholders from various teams (Ground Operations, Network Delivery Planning, Fleet Management, Analytics, Quality), continuously challenging the status quo.
  • Operational excellence: Support the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model for HelloFresh Supply Chain.
  • Project management: Identify and deliver projects to increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce shipping costs by utilizing structured problem-solving approaches (DMAIC, 5 Whys etc).

What you’ll bring

  • An exceptional academic record with a degree from a top-tier college or university.
  • 5-6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or continuous improvement, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-driven industry or top-tier consulting.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, lean methodologies, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • People management experience, leading and developing a team.
  • Hands-on, results-driven mindset, focused on efficiency, cost reduction and performance optimization.
  • Fluent in business English (Dutch, French and Danish might be a plus!).
