About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This multi-faceted role involves providing excellent front office support, assisting with sales activities, and contributing to business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Your key responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Support the Sales Team in identifying potential clients and generating leads
- Assist the Sales Managers in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on strategies and progress
- Manage the lead-to-quotation process, including creating, delivering, and following up on quotations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Support the creation of business proposals and marketing plans
- Identify trends and customer needs to drive sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
We are looking for
Professional qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or internship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar Sales and Marketing platform
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
