All about the role

As an HR Intern, you will support the Core HR Services team in various aspects, including Learning, Rewards, and the Workforce admin team. This role will give you hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced, international environment. You will assist in ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout their journey at Just Eat Takeaway, working closely with HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and various stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can start latest in June and will be enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the internship (6 months).

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Provide administrative and operational support across Core HR Services, including Learning, Rewards, and WFA.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
• Support employees with queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in resolving HR-related queries in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
• Support HR projects aimed at process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Stay updated on employment regulations and support compliance with HR policies.

What will you bring to the table?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in German, Danish, Italian, Spanish, Bulgarian, or Polish being a plus.
• Interest in HR processes, employee experience, and international HR policies.
