We’re looking for an Online Marketplace Coordinator for our E-Commerce/Wholesale department. Do you want to be part of the fastest growing department of the organization? This team has onboarded 5 new marketplace accounts last year, and are expected to add another 3-5 in 2025. You will love this role and team if you like a dynamic team!

YOUR TASKS

Hunkemöller trades via several online 3rd parties such as Zalando, Wehkamp, Amazon, Asos etc. The core task of this role is to meet and exceed the sales/EBITDA target and create effective relationships for a selection of Hunkemöller online partners.

You will support the team with the following:

  • Day-to-day account management of 3rd parties such as Zalando, Amazon, Bol, About You.
  • Weekly reporting and presenting the sales performance of your account portfolio.
  • In-season trading with your accounts to achieve the most optimal sales results, collaborate with Merchandise on the stock levels for concession partners.
  • Managing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to get the correct activations online at the right time.
  • Account development with respect to technical integration, ensure the flows work optimally, in collaboration with our IT teams and marketplace integrator (such as sales, masterdata).
  • Developing a yearly plan with the account to set sales goals together based on the right building blocks, steer to this in bi-weekly/monthly calls with the account.
  • Building effective relationships with the external accounts but also with internal stakeholders such as Merchandising, Logistics, and IT.

Our perfect candidate:

  • Has a background in online marketplaces and concessions, ideally 1-2 years’ experience or first experience from an internship.
  • Is an analytical thinker, you like to spot sales opportunities based on data.
  • Loves to work with people and create effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about retail and fashion, in particular working with online platforms.
  • Knowledge of partner portals (Amazon / Bol.com / Zalando) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of working with integrators like Channel Engine or Tradebyte is a plus.
  • Strong excel skills, you are familiar with tools like VLookup or Pivot tables.
  • Bachelor degree minimum, preferably in the area of international business management.
  • English language skills but an extra language is a plus.
  • 40 hours per week, of which minimum 3 days in our offices.
