Role: Operations Analyst Intern

Location: Amsterdam (Office-based possibilities of 1 home-office day per week)

Duration: At least 6 months
Start Date: 01 August or 15 August 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔍 Understand and analyze the day-to-day issues our business faces using data
• 🤝 Work closely with Destination Managers to analyze daily operations (ride volumes, quality performance, capacity planning, price configurations)
• 📊 Compile and analyze data related to business issues
• 📈 Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
• 💡 Pioneer process improvement initiatives where there are inefficiencies or bottlenecks

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent studies
• 🇳🇱 Based in The Netherlands (Amsterdam, Randstad, Rotterdam, Utrecht area)
• 🧩 A problem-solving, get-things-done attitude
• 📊 Data analysis experience
• 🖥️ Experience working with Excel
• 📅 Available full-time
• 📆 Available for at least 6 months
